Group Coaching with Cathy — twice a month

Two live sessions every month, hosted by Cathy. No lectures — real conversations. Members bring real situations from work and life — decisions, patterns, tensions — and think them through together. Over time, this is how the skills build: communication, executive presence, energy management, navigating difficult conversations. Not as theory, but as practice you return to.

Weekly 1:1 access to Coach Cathy — Office Hours every Tuesday

A weekly drop-in for private 1:1 laser coaching with Cathy. Up to 15 minutes of focused coaching, one-on-one. Bring whatever’s on your mind — a decision you’re sitting with, a pattern you’ve noticed, a situation that needs a thinking partner. Direct access to a coach at this price point is rare. First come, first served.

Lifetime access to the Refined Leadership Lab

Four on-demand classes — Communication, Emotional Regulation, Task Management, and Self-Advocacy. The fundamentals every professional with ADHD works with, whether you’re three years in or thirty. Yours to revisit anytime, even after your membership ends.

Private ADHD-friendly community

A safe, non-social-media space to connect with peers — for encouragement, accountability, and real talk between sessions.

Session schedule

→ Group Coaching (90 min) — first Friday of every month, 10am MST/Noon EST

→ Group Coaching (60 min) — third Friday of every month, 10am MST/Noon EST

→ Office Hours — every Tuesday, 10am MST/Noon EST

Investment

$150 USD per month, billed quarterly ($450 USD per quarter)

That’s approximately $40 per week for two monthly group coaching sessions, weekly 1:1 laser coaching, and lifetime leadership tools.

Community guidelines

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

You have 3+ years of professional experience.
You are not a small business owner or executive coach.
You’re ready to actively contribute to the community by engaging, sharing insights, and experimenting alongside others.
You’re committed to investing your time and energy into your leadership development. This includes attending sessions, exploring new methods, and sharing your experiences.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including action items to ensure a smooth onboarding.

Terms and Conditions for Quantum Thinkers' ADHD Community Enrolment

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the Quantum Thinkers' ADHD Community (the "Community"), facilitated by Cathy Rashidian, you ("Participant") agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding agreement between you and Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc. This agreement is effective upon your completion of the enrolment process, which includes accepting these terms through a checkbox, button, or similar mechanism.

2. Description of Services

The Community is designed to support individuals with ADHD in their personal and professional growth through structured group coaching sessions. Services include, but are not limited to:

Two monthly Group Coaching sessions, live with Coach Cathy
Weekly Office Hours with Coach Cathy
Private online community access (a dedicated platform for discussions and peer support, not on social media or Discord)
Exclusive resources and materials, including pre-recorded Refined Leadership Lab DIY classes

These services are provided to foster a supportive environment for personal development and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

3. Fees and Payment

Quarterly Payments: Due in full at the time of enrolment.

Auto-Renewal: All memberships are set to auto-renew at the end of the quarterly subscription period. This ensures uninterrupted access to the Community without needing to manually renew each time.

Renewal Notification and Options: You’ll be notified via email 30 days prior to your renewal date. At that point, you’ll have the option to:

Continue: Let the auto-renewal proceed as planned.
Cancel: Stop the auto-renewal to avoid being charged for the next period (see cancellation details below).

Currency: All fees are payable in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Additional taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Participant Expectations

Participants are expected to:

Actively engage and contribute positively to group discussions.
Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared.
Uphold the Community’s core values, which include integrity, respect, compassion, and curiosity.
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.
Refrain from disruptive behavior and follow the facilitator’s instructions to maintain a productive environment.

5. Facilitator Commitments
Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc commits to:

Providing a structured and supportive environment tailored to the needs of individuals with ADHD.
Maintaining Ethics and Standards of ADHD Coaching as per the guidelines set out by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Professional Association for ADHD Coaches.
Facilitating sessions in a professional manner that promotes the personal and professional growth of each participant.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including documents, tools, and recordings provided during Community sessions, remain the intellectual property of Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce them without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is paramount in our sessions. Participants agree not to record, disclose, or disseminate any information shared during sessions without prior written consent from all involved parties. This includes respecting the privacy of other participants’ personal experiences and contributions.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Refunds After Registration: Due to immediate access to Community resources (e.g., exclusive materials, pre-recorded classes, and the private online platform), no refunds will be issued after registration and payment have been processed.

Auto-Renewal Cancellations: Participants may cancel their auto-renewal at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email or through the membership portal at least 7 days before the renewal date. Upon cancellation:

Access to the Community will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

No charges will be applied for the next period.

No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period, even if cancellation occurs early.

9. Termination

Termination by Participant: Participants may terminate their membership at any time by canceling their auto-renewal (see Cancellation and Refund Policy). Access will continue until the end of the current subscription period, with no refunds for the unused portion.

Termination by Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc: We reserve the right to terminate a participant’s access to the Community if they violate these Terms and Conditions or Community guidelines. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

Disruptive behavior that harms the group’s dynamic or experience.
Failure to uphold the Community’s core values (integrity, respect, compassion, curiosity).
Breach of confidentiality or intellectual property rules.
Any conduct that threatens the safe, supportive environment of the Community.

Upon termination, access to all Community services will be revoked immediately, and no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription. Participants will be notified of termination via email or through the private online platform.'

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree to engage in mediation in Alberta, Canada, before pursuing any legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Community. The total liability of Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the services.

12. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and communicated to participants via email or through the private online community platform. Amendments are effective immediately upon posting, and continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Acceptance of Terms By completing the enrolment process and participating in the Community, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
