A Candid Conversation is a free 60-minute live session for professionals with ADHD who have been succeeding in their careers and have hit a point where the systems and tools that worked before are no longer keeping up.
The session is hosted monthly by Cathy Rashidian, an ICF-certified executive coach and PAAC-certified ADHD coach.
It is not a training, a productivity workshop, or a sales pitch — it is a structured conversation about what's actually happening for high-performing professionals with ADHD navigating leadership transitions.
This is not a training.
Most ADHD content is built for people who are just figuring things out. This isn't that.
This session is for the professional who already knows they have ADHD, has been succeeding, and has hit a point where something has shifted. The role is bigger. The tools that used to work aren't keeping up. And you can't quite name what's in the way.
Is this session for you?
This session is designed for a specific person at a specific moment.
If you're in one of these situations — you're in the right place:
- You were recently promoted or moved into a new leadership role and what used to work has stopped scaling.
- You're navigating a career transition and you're not sure why things feel harder than they should.
- You've been managing ADHD for a while, but the tools and systems you've built aren't keeping pace with where you are now.
- You've tried things — time blocking, apps, accountability partners — and something still isn't clicking.
*if you were recently diagnosed and are still figuring out what ADHD means for you — welcome, and we'll make sure you leave with resources that fit where you are. But the content of this session is built for someone a step or two further along.
What the session covers
1 - Your Current Reality
2 - What ADHD Doesn't Explain
3 - What a Complete Support System Looks Like
Every ADHD book you've read was written by someone else.
Working with us is how you write your own.
Your ADHD. Your work. Your life. Built with you — not handed to you.
This session is where you see the chapters. What comes next is up to you.
What happens in the session
Each month the session covers the same three areas. The conversation is different each time because the room is different each time.
- We name what ADHD actually looks like at a high-performing professional level — not the standard version, the one that shows up when you're succeeding.
- We look at why the things you've already tried haven't fully landed — and what's actually behind that.
- We map out what a complete support system actually looks like for someone navigating ADHD at this level — including the parts that have nothing to do with coaching.
- At the end, we share what we offer and who it's for — plainly, without pressure.
